First impressions: I received a lovely warm welcome by the receptionist, and then the rest of the staff on the shop floor were also polite and welcoming. As it was a cold day, the offer of a tea or coffee was greatly appreciated! My salesperson, Nathan Barr, was lovely to deal with, with lovely manners; something that’s not always apparent in customer service these days. Nathan listened to my requirements and matched them well with the vehicle. He gave me a great explanation of the vehicle prior to a test drive.
Follow-up: Once we had decided to purchase a vehicle, there was a very good follow-through with information via phone calls and emails. The replies were prompt and Nathan was always very accessible for any queries. Even the lady in accounts was lovely to deal with, giving good explanations and opportunities to query anything if we wanted to.
The big day: Upon picking up the car, I liked that it felt like a real sense of occasion with the vehicle covered and even being given the opportunity to unveil it myself or having it done for me! The gift basket that came with it was an unexpected but lovely gesture. I also like the way Nathan went over everything again with the vehicle, patiently going through how to use the new radio/reverse camera/navigation unit and even thoughtfully asking what radio stations I usually listen to so that the could tune them in before I left the dealership. I’ve really appreciated his attention to detail throughout.

Luke, our Salesperson, and Brent, our Finance Manager, were superb! I don’t believe there’s an English word to describe their service! ‘Excellent’ does not do it justice! They are a wonderful team and made me feel quite pleased with my decision to buy the car. To top it off, the gift basket in the boot was a divine topping to the great service! My partner, Peter, and I recently bought a new Micra. From start to finish, on our road to purchasing our vehicle, we felt valued.
