The RB26DETT N1 is a modified version of the RB26DETT
engine, developed by Nismo (Nissan Motorsports) for
Group A and Group N motorsport. It uses a redesigned
block with additional cross bracing to withstand ultra-high horsepower and deliver vastly improved durability. The pistons and rings are redesigned as are the oil pump and water pump to improve resistance to breakages at high rpm. The N1 parts are an excellent upgrade for any serious, high horespower RB engine.

The SR16VE N1 was a limited edition engine fitted to the N15 Pulsar VZ-R N1. It uses a larger intake system as well as a redesigned cylinder head and makes 147kw (200ps) as apposed to the 129kw (175ps) from the standard SR16VE. The SR16VE head and/or intake system can be fitted onto the SR20VE engine.

Genuine N1 Oil Pump - RB Series

The Nissan N1 oil pump uses harder materials and is redesigned internally with larger oil channels and heavier backing plate etc. to provide significantly improved oil supply. An excellent upgrade for all turbocharged RB engines. * Some models require a modified crank collar to be fitted - see below.

Modified Crank Collar - RB Series

It is recommended that a modified crank collar be fitted with the N1 oil pump to ensure sufficient drive on the pump gear - can be fitted easily by any competent machinist. Collar comes with 2 x 1.5mm oil restrictors.

Genuine N1 Water Pump - RB26DETT

The Nissan N1 water pump is redesigned internally with 6 larger blades as opposed to the factory 8 blades. Along with an anti-cavitation plate this provides a higher flowing pump. An excellent upgrade for RB26DETT.
